We named this roll after a friend whose love of good food and good smokes often led us to late nights of fellowship and laughter.  His desire to connect with others through conversation and tangible experience led to great memories as we all welcomed times of respite from our work in each other's company.  His ability to persevere in the face of difficulty is one of the things we admire and love about him.
